large room helpful staff ideal location
The room was quite large (i even got a double bed and a single bed). The staff helped me when i could not get into the building. The location was within 4 minutes walk of where i needed to be each day.
The stairs carpets had duck tape.

amazing space!
huge room favorite spot
i found the room and hotel huge and airy, it felt so open. the table near the big window became my favorite spot, i even worked there. the room definitely seemed like it was the size of an apartment!
the hotel parking area was tiny. driving into it with my mid-size suv was seriously difficult. i wish they would fix that, it was a pain!

the building boasts interesting architectural design and interior elements. plenty of space was available for various activities and storage, so i wasn't crammed. it met all my needs!

reactive staff easy checkin clean room stained carpet wonky beds updating need
The staff was very reactive when I sent messages on the app. The checkin process was easy I found. The room was very clean when I arrived I was happy.
The carpet looked a bit stained it is true. The base of the single beds in my room seemed a tad wonky. It is my opinion that they could really use updating.

stale smoke loud street
the staff were helpful enough, i suppose.
The room reeked of stale smoke and the furniture was old. the bed sagged horribly in the middle, so i barely slept the whole time i was there. the noise from the street was really loud too. I heard every car that passed.

great location helpful staff clean room poor bathroom low water pressure difficult temperature
The hotel's location was super convenient. I was just a 4-minute walk from where I needed to be every day. Lim was so helpful and always available if I needed anything (he even gave me his mobile number!). The room was clean, with fresh towels and bedding. The bed was comfortable, too.
The apartment bathroom was not great. My partner and I only got one towel to share for our one-night stay. The shower is in a bathtub, but the water pressure barely worked. The water temperature was difficult to control. It was either super hot or ice cold.

convenient location helpful staff useful table stained carpet no equipment wonky bed
the location was convenient for accessing nearby restaurants. the room included a table near the window, which i found useful. the staff helped me when i struggled to enter the building.
the carpet had some stains. i found no cleaning equipment in the room. the bed bases seemed a bit wonky and in need of replacement.
